After disconnecting all batterys, and load testing them I found the bow thruster battery was bad and was draining the house batterys.
Off to Napa store for a new battery. I can now run the inverter all night without killing the battery.
Had a great day yesterday. Took the boat for water and then gave the boat a good run out to the lighthouse to many jelly fish for a swim. O-well next time water a little cold anywhey 76deg guess I am getting spoiled.
new update my johnson outboard craped out yesterday and I had to get a tow back to the mothership. Good thing I have a spare outboard.
Have a great New Year
Hey Buddy
ReplyDeleteGlad you found the problem with the battery,i could have beem worse.
I would think you are spoiled 78 deg and cold .. i woke this morning with -9 C and about a foot of snow in the driveway. I would trade your experience down south for mine any day.
Any have a great New years and lets hope 2012 will bring you much better luck than you have been having so far.

Hey Scott;
ReplyDeleteToo bad about the problems you are having. But at least you are getting the sun. It has been a rainy season so far in the Caribbeans. We are in Dominica and were in Les Saintes for Christmas. They now have mandatory mooring balls for about $15.00 per night in Les Saintes. Quite the surprise for us, as they did not have them in the spring. Oh well. Happy Belated Birthday, hope your Christmas was great and your New Year the best yet.
Hey Scott,
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year to everyone!
