All the info is greatly appreciated, and its comforting that family and friends are taking great interest on the travels.
It was indeed to bad about not straying longer in NY, but the cost was to great.
Al and Michelle, thank you for the weather updates and other tid bits of info, but most times we are already gone before we get on the internet again.
For us, following the NJICW is better than beating on the Atlantic Side, and we are always in shtered waters,so we can drop an anchor at most places.
Today the US Coast Guard were activately searching for a 32 ft sports fishing boat, "Black Magic"
with 6 persons aboard, I hope that they are ok.
I hope that they are in Atlantic City spending all their money, and not lost at sea.
I will try again and post my comment!!! They like to disappear sometimes into the black abyss. Two great sources of information for the waterways from Norfolk to Miami - 1: Kettlewell Guide - Intercoastal Waterway Chart Book - info. on bridges - opening times, channels to call on; anchorages; etc.; and 2: The Waterway Guide - 3 books - north, middle and south locations. Also there are books from Skipper Bob - marinas and anchorages.

hey Lane and scott, we are presently in Cape May so you are still ahead of us. We will be here for 2 - 3 nights as we are waiting on some parts to be delivered. Next time you have internet e-mail us part of your schedual I am sure we will catch up to you at some point. We have been traveling somewhat with Liberty, we are sharing a dock with them for the next 2-3 days. Happy and safe travels!

Jeff didn't want it to formal, just for everyone to enjoy themself. Was talking with David and Michael, it went great. David wanted to know where you were so I am going to send him your blog.
